      Yes. It looks like a bed of some sort, or a sheet? It looks like the worms are restraining her, our of fear she will escape or simply to immobilise her is unclear, but the worm drinking her seems to be the “leader’. Maybe it works like predator and prey; the big worm leeches the fluids first, then the smaller ones takes turns drinking from her while restraining her or is something else going on here?
